Vision
Since 2010, VISION PROPERTIES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has helped customers complete more than 50 projects that have created jobs, grown economies, and increased access to residential units. Having built over 300,000 SQM of development, we are a proven builder in the construction industry.
Among our projects are mid and high-rise residential buildings, commercial & industrial projects, site and utilities development for many of the top developers in the country. These construction activities have enabled us to acquire a significant number of construction equipment (including equipment available for lease). We have also been able to undertake pre-cast and hollow-core concrete construction technologies in our various projects.

WORK WITH VISION
Project Nurse - Davao
Project Nurse will provide basic healthcare services to employees. They may be responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health. Project Nurses should have first aid training and OHNAP Certificate know how to handle emergency situations that employees may experience. Must be efficient in their tasks and highly organized as they are charged with organizing employee health records in a way that is easily accessible.
Business Development Officer
Business Development Officer will work and collaborate with key teams in Vision to build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships with current and potential clients in the Industrial & Commercial industries. He/ She will identify and develop sales leads, accounts, contract negotiations, assisting in acquiring new business, and developing bid proposal materials and presentations.

Site Architect
On-site | Contract
The Site Architect is responsible in analyzing and inspecting data in relation to accomplishing architectural designs. Coordinates with key personnel to ensure design specification compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and Supervise proper execution on architectural works within allotted schedule

Resolve site concerns, Monitor labor cost ratio based on proper deployment and targets submitted to the management.

Site Procurement Officer
On-site | Contract
The Project HR is responsible of recruitment and sourcing of talents in the designated project site. He/She must build and manage a pool of talents and applicants, screen and interview them, and process requirements as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.

Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
