Building your Path to Success – Striving for Continuous Learning and Development

Life is about taking chances, trying new things, having fun, making mistakes and learning from it. You never stop learning; you learn something every day. “I’m not afraid of storms for I am learning to sail my ship” – Loisa May Alcot

Building your path to success may often feel like a daunting task, especially when it comes to determining what success looks like for ourselves.

For Vision Properties Development Corporation’s Junior Estimator, Ian Dente, building his path to success means staying motivated through continuous learning and development. He is not afraid to ask for feedback or ask questions, and he prioritizes finding the right answers to help him learn and further improve his skills at work.

Success is not linear. Throughout his career with Vision and up to this day, he has his fair share of challenges that put his knowledge and skills to test. He even shares that “there were instances wherein I overlooked some specifications which could highly impact the cost budgeting”. But thanks to the support from the company and his team, he was able to learn from these experiences and improve where needed.
